人工透析の眼圧に及ぼす影響

The Effects of Haemodialysis on Intraocular Pressure

緒言

　今回私どもは，尿毒症のため腹膜灌流を行ない，治療していた患者が，緑内障発作をきたし虹彩切除術を行なつた症例を経験した。

　血液滲透圧と眼圧との関係については，以前より諸家の報告があるので，本症例においても，患者が尿毒症であつたということと，腹膜灌流を行なつていということより，人工透析と眼圧との関係について検討したみた。

1) Osmotic pressure of blood of rabbits rose and intraocular pressure dropped gradually one hour after peritoneal dialysis with 3% NaCl.

2) After peritoneal dialysis with distilled wa-ter, osmotic pressure of blood of rabbits dropp-ed and intraocular pressure rose sharply.

3) In chronic renal insufficiency cases receiv-ing therapy of haemodialysis, intraocular pres-sure declined relatively after haemodialysis with hypertonic osmotic solution than before haemodialysis.
