I.緒言
The effects of Carbonic Anhydrase Inhibi-tors upon the intraocular pressure of human beings and rabbits were studied, and the results were obtained as follows;
1) The hypotensive effect of Acetazolamide was the most prominent. The effect of Dich-lorphenamide was almost equal to that of Methazolamide and these exhibited slower but more prolonged hypotensive action than Acet-azolamide.
2) The prolonged administrations of Acetazo-lamide or Dichlorphenamide caused a remar-kable decrease of serum potassium.
