水晶体後部毛様突起延長癒着について

The Adhesion of the Elongated Ciliary Processes to the Posterior Lens Capsule

I．緒言

　1966年に牧，市川らは，水晶体後嚢の奥に密着した茶褐色膜様組織を有する先天異常の1症例を報告し，松尾，大熊らもそれぞれ1症例の経験を追加報告した。著者らも，日常の小児眼科の臨床において，白内障を伴うこれらの症例を数例経験してきたが，従来よりこの膜様組織は，延長した毛様突起の癒着であるとの考えをいだき，これが，第1次硝子体過形成遺残persistent hyperplas—tic primary vitreous （PHV）のカテゴリーにいれるべきものなのか，別個のものなのかについて検討してきた。著者らは，さきにPHVの定型的2症例について報告したが，今回は，水晶体後部毛様突起延長癒着と仮称するこの先天異常について症例を報告し，PHVとの比較検討を行ない，その関連の有無について論じ，諸賢のご批判をこう次第である。

Four cases are presented in which adhesion of the elongated ciliary processes to the poste-rior lens capsule was present together with per-sistent pupillary membrane or congenital cataract in infants. The adhesion was clearly differen-tiated from persistent primary hyperplastic vit-reous upon clinical evidence and ought to be regarded as an independent clinical entity.
