多彩な症状を伴つた眼窩偽腫瘍の長期観察例

A CASE OF PSEUDOTUMOR OF THE ORBIT WITH MULTIPLE SYMPTOMS IN THE LONG TERM OBSERVATION

緒言

　ブドウ膜炎・視神経炎症状とともに眼球運動障害・眼球突出を発し，眼窩偽腫瘍として治療しているうちに眼窩骨部変状や内頸動脈閉塞など多彩な症状を示しながら，ついに両眼失明に至つた症例の10年間にわたる観察記録を報告する。

A case report of a woman aged 32 who had presented bilateral pseudotumor of the orbit from a period of ten years.

Uveitis and optic neuritis were the initial sy-mptoms followed by restriction of eye move-ment, proptosis and trigeminal symptoms. It see-med the invasion of orbital tumor into the cra-nial cavity because of findings of enlargement of optic foramen and superior orbital fissure and occlusion of right internal carotid artery. Sen-sory root of trigeminal nerve was cut for severe headache.

The tumor with white pinkish color was rep-laced all of orbital content and eye muscles and optic nerve were embedded in the tumor.
