片眼に著明な黄斑変性を伴つた網膜色素線条症の長期観察例

Long-Term Observation of Angioid Streaks with Unilateral Macular Degeneration

緒言

　初期で，黄斑部に滲出性変化をともなわない，網膜色素線条症では，視力も良好に保たれていて眼科的訴えはないのが普通である。しかし，しばしば黄斑部に出血をともなう滲出性病変をみると，視力は著しく障害される。人によっては一生この変化をみない場合もあろうが，比較的若年で，両眼に高度の視力障害をきたす場合もある。外傷が誘因となるのであろうとの説もあるがたしかなことは不明である。最近になって螢光眼底撮影により，黄斑部の滲出性病変と色素線条との関係を論じた報告もいくつか見られる。1眼に滲出性変化をきたした場合に，他眼にもおよぶ場合には両眼の視力が著しく低下してくるため，重大な問題となる。著者は，最初黄斑部出血として加療を受け後に両眼に色素線条の存在を観察した例で，1眼は黄斑変性のIII度であり，他眼は定期的に経過観察を行なった6年間に滲出性変化をきたさず経過している例を経験しているので報告する。

A case has been observed for 6 years in whom unilateral macular degeneration after bleeding proved to be accompanied by angioid streaks.

The patient, a female of 61 years of age, presented sudden visual disturbance of right eye due to macular bleeding. Although various treatments were performed, visual acuty in the right eye was reduced to perception of hand movement two years later and the fundus show-ed gross degenerative changes surrounded by black pigmentation.

But no exudative and bleeding changes has been seen in the macular region of the left eye for these 6 years.
