合併散瞳暗室緑内障負荷試験—その4非合併試験との比較および作用機序

Combined Mydriasis and Darkroom Test.:Report 4 : Comparison with Uncombined Tests and Mechanism of the Test

I．緒言

　点眼散瞳試験と暗室試験を併用することにより，緑内障診断の信頼度が高められる。詳細は前三篇に記述したごとくである。本篇では，点眼散瞳試験と暗室試験を合併せず別々に施行した場合の成績を両者合併施行の成績と比較し，特にその合併試験の作用機序について検討する。

1. In 200 normal eyes of 122 subjects (60 males and 62 females) the intraocular pressure changed by -4 to +7mmHg, independent of sex of age of the subjects, before and one hour after the instillation of Mydriaticum-Roche (0.5% tropi-camide). The induced changes of the intraocular pressure showed a normal distribution with a mean of +0.82mmHg and a standard deviation of 2.16mmHg.
