重症筋無力症の眼球運動

Ocular Motility in Myasthenia Gravis

　重症筋無力症患者50名の眼球運動（衝撃性運動および滑動性追従運動）を検査，約15名に筋肉生検を行ない，HE染色およびコリンエステラーゼ活性を検索し，次のごとき結果を得た。

　衝撃性運動に異常を認めたものは次のごとく分類された。

This paper deals with the eye movement in 50 myasthenia gravis by means of electro-ocu-lography, electro-myography of the extraocular muscles and tension measurement by force displacement transducer. The eye movement (saccadic) of myasthenia gravis was dividedinto four groups : normal saccades, saccades with overshoot, saccades with nystagmoid mo-tion right after the movement completed and incapability of the execution of saccade. Even in normal saccades in this group, about 50% showed the involvement of the smooth pursuit motion and the other 50% revealed the distur-bance of the accommodation of the eyes.
