眼筋無力症の筋電図

Electromyographic study of ocular myasthenia

　筋無力症（Myasthenia）の眼筋に対する筋電図学的研究はこんにちまで10人前後の報告があるが，多くは症例数が少なく，まだ未解決な問題が幾多存在している．私は，過去2年半の間に眼筋無力症13例を筋電図により検査を行なつたが，そのねらいとしたところは．

　①Waning Signの有無，とくにそれを単一NMUを中心に求め，放電分析を行なう。

Muscle action potentials, during voluntary and involuntary attempts were recorded from one or two rectus muscle in 13 patients with ocular myasthenia. Concentric bipolar needle electrodes were used throughout. The action potentials were displayed on a two-beam cathode ray oscilloscope.

The results obtained were as follows,

1) Waning sign was observed in 8 patients. The interval diagrams showed that these patients were pre-fatigue states.

2) The discharge patterns increased for 30 minutes by intra muscular administration of Neostig-min (Vagostigmin).

The effects of Vagostignin injection were observed in all 13 patients.
