緑内障診断としての飲水試験と坐・臥位試験の併用

A Water Provocative Ortho-clinostatic Test for the Diagnosis of Glaucoma

I．緒言

　緑内障早期診断に利用される各種の誘発試験の中で，飲水試験はSchmidt （1928）が考案して以来，数多くの研究者により検討されてきた。そして，その判定の解釈にはいまだ議論の余地はあるも，誘発試験としての優秀性は認められている。

　一方，Orthoclinostatic testすなわち立・臥位試験については，Leydhecker^1），Schmidt^2），Goldmann^3）らに検討され，特にソ連邦のKrasnov^4）（1963），Margolis^5）（1964）は，その坐・臥位眼圧差が緑内障の一診断法となることを報告している。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the results of water provocative test on normal subjects (30eyes) and controlled glaucoma pa-tients (30 eyes).

Glaucomatous eyes were considered to be con-trolled according to following criteria : 1) his-tory of glaucoma : 2) C-value of more than 0.18, and P/C less than 100:3) normative pressure (less than 20mmHg):4) negative results from an ortho-clinostatic test (less than 5mmHg).

It is the reason why controlled glaucomatous eyes were selected, that attempt to research those subjects is going to be available for ana-lysis of suspisious glaucoma.
