螢光眼底撮影法で確かめた網膜中心動脈枝攣縮症の1例

Spasm of Tributary Central Retinal Artery as Confirmed by Fluorescein

I．緒言

　一過性の網膜中心動脈攣縮については，現在まで，かなりの報告があり，特に珍らしい疾病ではないが，その変化を眼底写真にとらえ得た報告例は，本邦では3例^1）〜3），螢光眼底撮影によるものては，2例^4）10）にすぎない。

　この度われわれは，中心動脈枝が攣縮を起こしたと思われる1例を，螢光眼底撮影にて確かめ，その経過を観察したので報告する。

Acase is described in whom the diagnosis of the spasm of a branch of the central retinal artery was established fluorescence fundus an-giography. A 23-year-old female, who was other-wise healty, had developed abrupt narrowing of the visual field in the left eye. A similar episode of temporary character had been present in the right eye 4 years before.

Ophthalmoscopy showed the presence of tur-bidity in the retinal sector upper temporal to the disc supplied by a branch of the central re-tinal artery. Visual field defect corresponding to the retinal lesion was present. The visual acuity was unaffected.
