I．緒言

　サルコイドージスの眼症状について，すでにわれわれの教室から多くの報告をしてきた^1）〜6）。一方，サルコイドージスの螢光眼底所見についてもすでにいくつかの報告^7）〜9）があるが，今回われわれはサルコイドージスの網膜静脈周囲炎とステロイド治療によるその経過に関し，螢光眼底撮影によって得られた知見を述べる。

Among 90 cases of ocular sarcoidosis which have been experienced at our clinic, 29 cases showed the state of perivasculitis. Fluorescence angiography was taken on sev,eral cases and the following findings were noted.

The first type is a notch of fluorescence at a wall of vessel. In some cases this change disap-peares spontaneously and others show a leakage through a notch in a course of disease and finally become normal.

The second type is a diffuse leakage. Some shows remarkable diffuse leakage over the vein, and the other shows weak leakage at relatively late stage after injection of agent.
