角膜移植における混濁移植片の病理組織像

Correlation of Clinical and Histologic Findings in Unsuccessful Penetrating Keratoplasties

I．緒言

　角膜移植の予後は，さまざまな条件によつて左右され，移植片混濁の原因は明らかなこともあるが，なぜ混濁したのかはつきりしないこともあり得る。混濁治癒した場合，その臨床所見と組織所見との関係を検索することは，混濁発生の機序を知り，予防する上で大切なことと考える。今回は混濁治癒した症例中，再移植を行なうことが出来た8例から得られた移植片の組織変化を観察し，その臨床所見とともに報告し，若干の考察を試みた。

Clinical and histological studies were condu-cted on 8 pieces of transplanted corneal tissue which had to be removed due to opacity after penetrating keratoplasties.

In 3 cases in which early clouding had set in after keratoplasty, histological studies sho-wed that stromal edema was responsible for opacity in 2 cases. In the remaining 1 eye, inflammatory-proliferative change with retro-corneal membrane formation proved to be the underlying cause.

In 5 cases in which late clouding had set in, proliferative process with retrocorneal memb-rane formation was histologically present in 2 cases and dystrophic changes in 3 cases.
