近視の進行と水晶体乱視

Relation between Progress of Myopia and Astigmatism of Crystalline Lens of the Eye

I．緒言

　近視の成立機転につき従来より種々の説がある。即ち，眼軸延長を起すものとして，眼圧亢進ブリッケ氏筋機能不全，アチドーチス，視束破壊前屈に依る眼球加圧，内分泌異常，角膜乱視，角膜片雲，眼窩構造異常および鞏膜薄弱などの説である^1）。これらの説の1つである乱視と近視との関係，特に，角膜乱視との関連は現在まで多数の報告がなされているが，これと密接な関係をもつと思われる水晶体乱視は，実際の測定が困難であるため，充分な検討がなされていない現状である。今回，私はPhacometryにより垂直および水平方向の測定を行い，実際に水晶体乱視を算出し，これら水晶体乱視が近視の進行にいかなる影響を与えるかを静的な一断面での観察と共に，経過を追つた2時点および3時点での動的観察を含めて検討する事が出来たので，ここに報告する。

The astigmatic value of lens of 116 eyes, from 7 to 38 years of age, were determined from the lens power obtained by phacometry in sagittal and meridional meridians. Out of 116 eyes, 55 eyes were re-examined by the same method after intervals varying from 3 to 5 years, and 27 eyes out of 55 eyes wereexamined 3 times during 5 years.

In the cross-sectional series, the correlations did not exist between astigmatism of the lens, refraction and axial length, but between the astigmatism and tonus of ciliary muscle a slight positive correlation was found.
