I.はじめに
私どもは精神神経安定剤の一つであるDiaze—pam製剤Cercineを,精神神経性愁訴をともなう各種眼疾患に適用し良好な成績をえたので,その成績をここに報告する。
The recently developed diazepam ("Cerci-ne"), or 7-chloro-1, 3-dihydro-1-methyl-5-phe-nyl-2 H-1, 4-benzodiazepin-2-one, was admini-stered to 31 patients with various ocular co-mplaints to evaluate its therapeutic effects.
Distinctly favourable effects of Cercine we-re noticed without any untoward reactions in following eye diseases : asthenopia, chronic simple glaucoma, ophthalmic neuralgia, blep-harospasmus and fibrillation of eyelids. In almost all of the cases the subjective ocular complaints subsided within one to two weeks after initiation of administration of Cercine at the daily dose of 6mg perorally.
