諸種の脳症状を伴つた網膜中心動脈痙縮例

Case Report of Occlusion of the Central Retinal Artery with Various Brain Symptoms

I．緒言

　網膜中心動脈閉塞は，瞬時にして視力を喪失し，視力の予後は極めて不良なものであるが，甚だ幸運な場合，即ち黄斑動脈あるいは毛様網膜動脈が侵襲を免がれた場合には，かなりの中心視力を保持することができる。殊に黄斑動脈だけが侵されない場合は極めて稀れであるが，それになお，片麻庫，失語症，舌下神経麻痺，顔面神経麻痺，眼瞼下垂などを合併した稀例を経験したので報告する。

A report is given over a 39-year-old female who presented occlusion of central retinal artery of the left eye accompanied by central nervous disorders which consisted of right hemiplegia, left-sided ptosis and facial palsy and aphasia.

During the initial phase of the disease oph-thalmoscopic examination revealed the pre-sence of spasm of left central retinal artery and vein, empty retinal vessels, interrupted and foamy blood flow with sparing of the macular artery.
