全身の神経症状を伴つた網膜中心動脈攣縮症の一例

Occlusion of Central Retinal Artery Asso ciated with Systemic Neurological Manifes tations

緒言

　全身的に血行障害によると思われる発作を2回経験し，左上下肢のしびれ感と右下肢の痙性麻痺をもつ症例で，突然左眼に霧視の発作が出現した。この症例の眼底を発作後約20時間で見る機会を持ち，後極部一帯に多数のふわふわした白斑を見出した。この眼底所見は非常に珍しく興味深いものであるので報告する。

A report is presented on a 22-year-old female who had two previous attacks of hemiparesis, probably a manifestation of anterior vertebralartery syndrome, during the foregoing 18 mon-ths. The patient developed an acute loss of vi-sion in the contralateral eye and was diagnosed as suspected occlusion of central retinal artery. The visual acuity was 20/20 at the time of first examination which was made 20 hoursafter the visual attack. The numerous soft white patches in the papillomacular area disa-ppeared 4 weeks later.
