緒言

　腎動脈瘤の剖検による発見頻度は0.01％前後で，全動脈瘤中約1％という比較的稀な疾患とされていたが，臨床診断法としての腎動脈撮影法の普及により，ここ十数年の間に本症の臨床報告例もあいついでみられるようになつた。欧米においては400例近い報告がみられる。本邦においても勝目ら^1）（1961）の本邦第1例以後，河西ら^2）によると18例^1）−14）を数えている。

　われわれも高血圧および石灰化を伴つた本症の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A left intrarenal multiple aneurysm with calcification was found by scout film of kidney, ureter and bladder, and aortography in a 15 years old boy with the chief complaint of hypertensive symptoms such as headache and ophthalmalgia. Excretory pyelogram by rapid infusion and split renal function test did not show any definite ischemic findings of left kidney, but hypertension was relieved after left nephrectomy. Aneurysm of congenital origin was suspected from the fragmentation of lamina elastica interna by histopathological findings.
