眼科領域疾患，とくに調節異常・諸種角膜疾患・筋麻痺などに対するイノシンの効果について

Use of Inosine in Ophthalmology

I．はじめに

　イノシンの持つ生理的・薬理的作用を，眼科学釣疾患の治療に応用して，二・三の興味ある成績を得たので，大方のご批判とこ追試を得たくあえてここに発表する。

Inosine has been administered as 1% ophthal-mic solution tablet (each contains Inosin 200 mg), intravenous injection (2% 20ml) or subcon-junctive injection (0.5ml=20mg Inosine) supple-mented by peroral or parenteral route to a total of 95 cases with abnormal accommodation, cor-neal diseases or internal or external ophthalmo-plegias. Favorable response was obtained in the majority of cases with weakness of accommo-dation (46 cases), with corneal diseases includ-ing herpes of the cornea (17 cases) and in cases with internal ophthalmoplegia of traumatic nature (10 cases).
