前円錐水晶体の1症例

A Case of Anterior Lenticonus

I．緒言

　前円錐水晶体は水晶体の一種の形態異常であり，水晶体前面が円錐状または球状に前房内に突出する状態をいう。円錐状に突出している場合をlenticonus，球状の場合lentiglobusというが，Mann^1）によればこれは形態学的な区別で，多くの著者は両方を包括して広義の円錐水晶体といつている。

　私共は今回前円錐水晶体の一例に遭遇し，Pha—cometry,Echogramにより水晶体の形態について検討する機会を得たので，ここに報告する。

A report is presented over a case of bilate-ral anterior lenticonus in a male of 20 years of age. Values are given in detail concerning the exact shape of the crystalline lens measu-red by photographic phacometry and by echo-gram. No satisfactory explanation could be given between the occurrence of lenticonus and the renal impairment of the patient occ-urring years before.
