眼科手術に局所麻酔剤ホスタカインの使用経験

Anesthesia for Eye Surgery with Hostacain

I．緒言

　眼科手術に際して行なわれる眼輪筋麻酔，球後麻酔には2％塩酸プロカインが主として使用されているが，最近局所麻酔剤の研究が著しく進み，作用効果が著明で，副作用が少ない薬物の出現をみるようになつた。新しい局所麻酔剤として登場しているものの一つであるホスタカイン（Hosta—cain）はw-N—Buthylaminoessigsäure−2—me—thyl−6—chlor-anilid-hydrochloridで水に易溶性で塩主酸プロカインに比し，はるかに安定であるとされ，組織内での分解，交感神経末梢のエピレナミン感受性を高めることもないとされている。私はホスタカインを眼科手術の際の眼輪筋麻酔，球後麻酔に使用して良い結果を得たので報告する。

Clinical experiences are described over 1% Hostacain solution used for orbicularis and retrobulbar akinesia prior to ophthalmic ope-rations. Prompt onset of akinesis and satisfa-ctory duration of the effects which lasted as. long as 50 minutes are considered as notew-orthy advantages of this new agent. There was no complaint of subjective pain during the operation in all the 37 studied cases ex-cept two. In 5 studied cases there was a sig-nificant drop of interocular pressure 5 minu-tes after retrobulbar injection of 1ml of the solution. No apparent side effects were enco-untered throughout the study.
