周辺部後円錐水晶体の2症例

Two cases of posterior peripheral lenticonus

　極めて稀な周辺部後円錐水晶1体の2症例を報告した。

　症例1は8歳，女児で左水晶体後面の周辺部に色素沈着を伴った周辺部後円錐水晶体を認め，その周辺にさらに5個の色素沈着を認めた。水晶体混濁および他の眼奇形は伴っていなかった。6ヵ月後，突出部の前方の水晶休皮質下に混濁が出現した。

　症例2は35歳，女性で左水晶体後面の周辺部に色素沈着を伴った周辺部後円錐水晶体を認め，突出部の前方の水晶で体皮質下に混濁を認めたが他の眼奇形は伴っていなかった。

　両症例とも硝子体動脈の牽引は認めず，近視の進行とともに，何らかの発生異常のもとに，後円錐水晶体が生じたのではないかと推定された。

Posterior peripheral lenticonus, a rare congenital anomaly, was detected in two females aged 8 and 35 years each. Only the left eye was affected in both cases.

In both cases, the lesion was associated with pig-ment patches on the posterior lens surface. The embryonic and infantile lens nuclei were apparently normal. Neither case showed remnant hyaloid or tunical vasculosa tissue.

It is suspected that the stress and strain of ac-commodation might have played a role in the de-velopment of posterior lenticonus in addition to still unidentified developmental eye abnormalities.
