眼内圧と眼球後部組織との関係について

Relationship between intraocular pressure and retrobulbar tissue

I．緒言

　眼内圧測定に際して眼球壁の弾性がその測定値に重要な影響を及ぼす事は既に1863年Dondersが指摘しており1937年にはFriedenwaldにより鞏膜抵抗率の概算方法が発表された。それ以来鞏膜抵抗率の意義や測定方法に関する多くの研究発表がなされ，今日鞏膜抵抗を無視しては眼内圧を論ずる事は出来ない。この輩膜抵抗は又眼底血圧測定に際しても同様であり，外力による眼内圧上昇態度を規定するFactorの中で鞏膜抵抗の占める比重は極めて大きい。私は今回電気眼底血圧計の使用に際し記録紙の紙送り速度並びに加圧速度が一定であるに拘らず実際に記録された加圧曲線はFig．1の如くその勾配にかなりの個人差がみられる事に着日し，眼内圧上昇の反応として記録された加圧曲線を主として初眼圧並びに鞏膜抵抗の面より検討し眼内圧上昇態度と初眼圧並びに鞏膜抵抗との関係，更に眼球後部組織との関係について考察したのでここに報告する。

A study was conducted over the initial intraocular pressure level and the pressure curve in the compressed eye as recorded by ophthalmodynamometric measurements. It was found out that the retrobulbar tissue might be a factor influencing on the pressure curve in addition to the influences of ocular rigidity and initial ocular tension.
