左心室内圧測定とその圧—速度関係のアナログ演算処理

Measurement of Left Ventricular Pressure Pulse and Analysis of Force-Velocity Relation by Analog Computation

　数年来心臓機能と心筋収縮性（myocardial centractility）の指標の1つである収縮速度で表現する方法が多く研究されてきた。心筋の収縮性が心筋張力の変化率に比例し，この張力の変化率を拍動心の等容収縮期中の左心室内圧の変化率でおきかえうるという説^1〜2），さらにこれを用いて臨床に応用できることがひとつの理由と考えられる。

　すでに斉藤ら^3）はMasonらの方法およびその変法，すなわち心室内圧とこれに対応する時点のdp／dt・P−1をオンライン方式でディジタル的に計算し，dp／dt・P⁻¹とPよりリサージュ図形を書き，force-veloctiy relationを検討し，発表している。心筋のforce-velocity relationをアナログ的に求めるGrossmanら^4）の方法はわが国でもしばしば追試されている^5〜8）。ディジタル方式，アナログ方式ともにそれぞれ長所，短所を持っているが，force-velocity relationを求める上でアナログ方式を採用する場合，精度が保持できれば，計算速度など有利な面が多い。

The purpose of the study is to know whether an analog computer unit, which was introduced into the market recently and consists of a logarithmic amplifier and a differentiation circuit, is adequate or at least applicable for the estimation of so-called myocardial force-velocity relation or not.

The study comprizes three major portions:(1) Power spectra of the canine left ventricular pressure pulses were obtained by Fourier analysis of respective original waves, in order to know an optimal frequency range input to the computation circuit.
