眼科的侵襲の皮膚毛細血管透過性に及ぼす影響—第3篇白内障手術後の皮膚毛細血管透過性の充進に対するデキサメサゾン，ビタミンCの効果

Effects of ocular surgery on the Cutaneous capillary permeability:3. Effects of Dexamethasone and vitamin C on an increase in the cutaneous capillary permeability following cataract surgery

I．緒言

　副腎皮質ホルモンに関する研究のめざましい進歩，さらにコーチゾンがいわゆる膠原病ならびにアレルギー性疾患に著効を示すことが見出され，一方Selyeの提唱した生体防衛反応に副腎ことにその皮質が主要な役割を演ずることがあきらかにされて以来，このホルモンとアレルギーとの関係については，ACTHのそれと共に多くの研究がなされている。またビタミンCがストレスに際して生体の防衛上きわめて重要な役割を演ずることも知られている。なおビタミンCは血管に対する作用をもつているから，毛細血管透過性に影響をもつことはいうまでもない。

　そこで私は眼科的手術侵襲の皮膚毛細血管透過性におよぼす影響を追求する過程において，これに対するデキサメサゾンCならびにビタミンの効果をしらべたので報告する。

1. In cases which had been treated with Dexamethasone before cataract surgery, an increase in the cutaneous capillary permeab-ility following the operation was found markedly inhibited.Positive Rumpel-Leede test before the surgery became soon negative in cares with Dexamethasone pre-treatment.

2. Combined treatment with Dexamethasone and vitamin C showed the same effect as with Dexametasone alone; no difference of the effect was demonstrated between the two kinds of pre-treatment.
