眼科的侵襲の皮膚毛細血管透過性に及ぼす影響—第1篇白内障手術の皮膚毛細管透過性に及ぼす影響およびこれに対する強力ネオミノフアーゲンCの効果

I．緒言

　従来眼疾患と毛細血管透過性との関連は，江原^1）をはじめとして仁田^2）等多くの人々により検討せられ，両者の間に密接な関係があることがみとめられている。そのなかで柳田^3）はいろいろの眼疾患患者にRumpel-Leede試験（以下R-L）を行い，その結果緑内障，白内障手術後，および頭部の重篤な外傷において著明な陽性成績を得，緑内障の発作や白内障の手術が1つのストレッサーとなり，その血清中に畔柳^4）のいうCapillaryPermeability Promoting Factar （以下CPP因子）のごとき物質が生ずるのではなかろうかと想像した。

　私はストレスとR-Lの陽性度との関連性をさらに究明するために，白内障手術患者を対象とし，その手術前後にR-Lを行い，皮膚毛細血管透過性の変動を追求し，あわせて強力ネオミノファーゲンCによる前処置の本試験におよぼす影響をしらべたので報告する。
