I．緒言

　白内障手術後において患者の皮膚毛細血管透過性が増加することは，前報^1）にのべたとおりであるが，今回は血管強化剤として近時盛に用いられる様になつたアドレノクロームの水溶性誘導体であるAC−17（田辺製薬）により，この透過性の亢進がどのように影響されるかについて，臨床実験を試みたので報告する。

Rumpel-Leede test following cataract opera-tion showed a marked increase of cutaneous capillary permeability. Adrenochrom (AC-17) showed depressive effect upon the increase in cutaneous capillary permeability.
