I．緒言

　私は前報^1〜3）において白内障摘出術の手術的侵襲が，全身毛細血管透過性にどのように影響をおよぼすかについて種々考察を加えたが，本報では，白内障手術以外の眼科的手術侵襲についても皮膚毛細血管透過性との関連性を検討した。

1. Rumpel Leede test showed an increase in the cutaneous capillary permeability after operations for glaucoma, retinal detachment, and other ocular diseases (entropion, pterygion, squint, etc.). Cases in which an increase in the cutaneous capillary permeability had been observed before the surgery showed a further increase with variations in accordance with the course of the disease for a definiteperiod.

2. The extraocular operations for entro-pion, pterygion, squint, etc. showed less effect on the cutaneous capillary permeability than the intraocular operations for galucoma and retinal detachment.
