網膜色素変性症の成因と治療—Ⅷ．カタリンの長期使用による網膜色素変性症の冶療成績

Long period treatment of retinitis pigmentosa with catalin

　われわれが，水野のカテコールアミン代謝異常説^1）2）にもとづいて，カタリン（C）による網膜色素変性症の治療を開始してから約3年になるが，今回は比較的長期間（1年半ないし3年間）治療を継続した20名について，その治療成績を一括して報告する。

In 20 patients with retinitis pigmentosa, medication of Catalin has been performed for 1.5 to 3 years in order to find out the effect of this drug on the visual functions of this disease.

Catalin has been administered to the patients 4mg daily in internal use, and their visual'fun-ctions have been examined every 6 months.
