I．緒言

　眼精疲労の原因として，視器及び全身の器質的疾患の外に精神身体医学的素因が関連していると推察される事は疑いの余地が無いが，この方面の研究は未だ余りなされていない様である。先に私は眼精疲労患者に対してRorschach testを行いその結果を報告したが，今回はそれを基として眼科医の立場から眼精疲労患者を臨床的に処理し易い様に分類したので報告する。

The author named asthenopia "psychogenic asthenopia", which he considers not to be caused by organic lesions of ocular or general diseases.

It will be infallible to denominate it "psychogenic asthenopia" as aforesaid, hence it can safely be said what the author calls psychogenic asthenopia is obviously a sort of psy-chosomatic diseases. And it Is classified by Rorschach test as follows.

1) FB type asthenopia

Many cases belonging to this group show FB type as a result of Rorschach test.
