手術前洗眼の結膜嚢滅菌効果

Aseptic effect of eye wash before operation on the conjunctival sac.

I．緒言

　眼科領域における手術前の消毒洗眼には，2％マーキュロクローム又は0.02％マーゾニン液の点眼，又，0.02〜0.05％オキシシアン水銀水，0.01〜0.02％昇汞水，0.05％クロラミン水，2％硼酸水，滅菌生理的食塩水等による洗眼が従来より用いられているが，最近各種抗生物質，逆性石鹸等の新消毒，殺菌剤が発見され，特に逆性石鹸は外科手術の際の手術野の消毒，手指，器具の消毒^1）2）3）等に利用されているが，これらを眼科手術前の結膜嚢内消毒洗眼に使用した場合，従来より行われている方法と結膜嚢内滅菌効果は，いずれが優れているかを，結膜嚢内細菌数の消長により比較検討を行つた。

Reversible soap and penicillin recently and extensively used is applied as disinfectant collyria for the interior of conjunctival sac before ophthalmic operation, and comparison of results from the preceeding collyria with those from mercurochrome, mercuric oxycyanide and boricacid solution so far applied demonstrates that least and less of strains are isolated by penicillin and reversible soap respectively, while most of strains are isolated by hither to used drugs.
