（33）網膜剥離100眼の手術経驗（第2報）統計的観察

Stastical ovservation of 100 operated eyes of retinal detachment for the last 13 years. (Part Ⅱ)

　昭和13年11月より29年7月迄，その間樺太医専時代（昭和19年12月〜21年12月）及び脳外科見学のための京都遊学期間（昭和24年10月〜25年3月）を除く満約13年間に手術を行い，9月末迄に予後の確定した網膜剥離症例が丁度95例100眼に達した。本法に於ける100眼以上の報告は未だ2〜3の大学の報告に過ぎないので，統計的観察を行い将来の参考に供したので，此処に報告する次第である。

The causal classification(simple detachment 86 eyes, traumatic 11 eyes, secondary 3 eyes), sexuality, the affected side, age, refractive condition, profession, hereditarity, the existense of holes or tears and cystoid degeneration in the operated eyes and in the secoadary eyes, the total number and the localisation of holes were described as regerds to 100 operated eyes of retinal detachment for the last 13 years.

Furthermore, the results of these operations were discussed from the causal classification (simple 72.1%, traumatic 90.9%, secondary 66.7%……Total 74%), from the age of patients, from the refractive condition (miopic eyes of below-5.5 D have good prognosis, high myopic eyes of over - 11 D have bad prsgnosis), from the opthalmoscopic findings (a. the grade of detachment, b. vitreous opacity, c. cystoid degeneration, cl. number of holes, e. ocular, tension ……in the cases of over 14 mmHg ocular tension healing ratio was 90.9% and in the cases of below 14 mmHg espesially below 4 mmHg prognosis might be bad.) etc.
