非網膜剥離眼に於ける網膜裂孔及び嚢状変性について—（第3報）−10D以下の近視，正視，遠視眼に於ける検索成績

Clinical tears and cystoid degeneration in the retina without detachment:(PartⅢ) Results on extensive studies on myopia under 10D, emmetropia and hypermetropia

Ⅰ．緒言

　本報では第1—2報^1）2）以外の眼，即ち，−10D以下の近視，正視，遠視眼に於ける検索成績に就て報告する。

　第1—2報との比較の為めであり，又網膜剥離（以下剥離と略）予防の趨勢に応え，更に剥離発生機転の究明に役立てんが為めである。

1. Ophthalmoscopic studies of the eyeground were conducted on 397 cases (548 eyes) of myopics under -10D, emmetropia and hypermetropia from 1947 to the present and the follow-ing results were obtained : 18 eyes showed simple tears (3.3%), 43 eyes showed cystoid degeneration (7.8%), 8 eyes showed tears + cystoid degeneration (1.5%) coming to a total of 69 eyes (12.6%).

2. As a result of various observations made on tears and cystoid degeneration in the above, it was revealed that the data was almost identical to that of retinal detachment.
