  • Abstract

The diseases of the eye, such as central retinitis, optic neuritis, parlytic involvements of ocular museles and scotoma, that have been highly resistant to treatment, heretofore, are found now to be showing a good response by use of Thiamine-Propyl-Disulfide which is a synthetic vitamin B1 of thyol group. It is administered parenterally in 5mg doses dissoved in 1cc of distilled water, either daily or every other day.
