要約　目的：粘弾性物質（OVD）の分子量と濃度に着目し，家兎前房にOVDを留置したときの眼圧変化を実験的に検討した。対象と方法：OVDは低分子低濃度のO群，低分子高濃度のV群，高分子高濃度のHV群を用いた。日本白色家兎（22週齢）7羽13眼に，有水晶体の状態で前房中にOVDを0.1ml留置し，処置前から留置後36時間まで接触式電子眼圧計を用いて眼圧を測定した。結果：高分子量のOVDで眼圧上昇の持続期間が長かった。高濃度のOVDでは留置後早期に眼圧上昇が高度になる傾向があった。結論：有水晶体の家兎前房内にOVDを留置した場合，高分子量の製剤で眼圧上昇の持続期間が長く，高濃度の製剤で留置後早期の眼圧上昇が高度になる可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report changes in intraocular pressure（IOP）in rabbits implanted with viscous material in the anterior chamber. Material and Method：This study was made on 13 rabbit eyes. Each eye was implanted with 0.1ml of low-molecule sodium hyaluronate, low-molecule and high concentration of hyaluronate-chondroitin, or high-molecule and high concentration of sodium hyaluronate. IOP was monitored up to 36 hours. Results：Elevation of IOL lasted longer in eyes injected with high-molecule viscous material. IOP started to rise earlier when implanted with higher concentration of viscous material. Conclusion：Elevated IOP lasted longer when implanted with high-molecule viscous material. IOP started to rise earlier after implantation of viscous material of high concentration.
