ラタノプロスト点眼薬からトラボプロスト点眼薬への切替え効果

Outcome of switching from latanoprost to travoprost ophthalmic solution

要約　目的：緑内障に対するラタノプロスト点眼をトラボプロストに切替えた結果の報告。対象と方法：0.005％ラタノプロスト点眼で加療中の110例110眼を対象とし，0.004％トラボプロスト点眼に切替え，4か月間の経過を追った。副作用で脱落した4眼を除く106例を解析した。内訳は，原発開放隅角緑内障61眼，正常眼圧緑内障28眼，原発閉塞隅角緑内障7眼，続発緑内障10眼である。結果：全症例の平均眼圧は，切替え前後で有意差はなかった。切替え前の眼圧が15mmHg以下の58眼では，2か月と4か月後の眼圧が有意に高かった。角膜上皮障害は，切替え後で有意に減少した。結論：緑内障に対するラタノプロスト点眼をトラボプロスト点眼に切替えると，角膜上皮障害は減少し，眼圧は不変または上昇する。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of switching from latanoprost to travoprost for glaucoma. Cases and Method：This study was made on 110 eyes of 110 patients who had been treated for glaucoma. They were seen 2 and 4 months after switching from topical latanoprost 0.005％ to travoprost 0.004％. After excluding 4 cases due to side effects of travoprost,106 eyes were finally evaluated. The series comprised primary open-angle glaucoma 61 eyes,normal-tension glaucoma 28 eyes,primary closed-angle glaucoma 7 eyes,and secondary glaucoma 10 eyes. Results：There was no significant change in intraocular pressure（IOP）before and after switching in the 106 eyes. IOP increased significantly in 58 eyes that had IOP of 15mmHg or less before switching. Keratoepithelial disorder significantly decreased after switching. Conclusion：Switching from latanoprost to travoprost ophthalmic solution is followed by decrease in keratoepithelial disorder. IOP may remain unchanged or increased.
