ラタノプロストからタフルプロストへの切替え効果

Effect of switching from latanoprost to tafluprost on intraocular pressure in primary open-angle glaucoma

要約　目的：ラタノプロストからタフルプロスト点眼に切替えた際の眼圧下降効果と忍容性の報告。対象と方法：ラタノプロスト点眼で加療中の30例30眼を対象とした。内訳は原発開放隅角緑内障26眼と高眼圧症4眼で，男性9例，女性21例であり，平均年齢は72歳である。点眼をタフルプロストに切替え，24～105日，平均72日間の経過を追った。結果：平均眼圧は切替え前17.0±3.4mmHg，切替え4週間後15.7±3.1mmHgであり，有意に下降した（p＝0.0362）。切替え前に充血がある9眼では7眼で，点状表層角膜炎がある23眼では12眼で改善した。結論：原発開放隅角緑内障または高眼圧症へのタフルプロスト点眼では，ラタノプロスト点眼と同等またはそれ以上の眼圧下降効果が期待できる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of topical tafluprost switched from latanoprost in glaucoma patients. Cases and Method：This study was made on 30 eyes of 30 patients treated by topical latanoprost. The series comprised 9 males and 21 females. Primary open-angle glaucoma was present in 26 eyes and ocular hypertension in 4 eyes. The age averaged 72 years. Cases were followed up for 24 to 105 days,average 72 days,after switching to tafluprost. Results：Intraocular pressure averaged 17.0±3.4 mmHg before switching and 15.7±3.1 mmHg 4 weeks after switching. The difference was significant（p＝0.0362）. Hyperemia was present before switching in 9 eyes and improved in 7 eyes after switching. Superficial punctate keratopathy was present in 23 eyes before switching and improved in 12 eyes after switching. Conclusion：Switching from topical latanoprost to tafluprost may induce further hypotensive effect.
