要約　目的：結膜円蓋部に生じた内反乳頭腫の症例の報告。症例：ソフトコンタクトレンズ装用時の異物感で受診した38歳男性。所見：右眼結膜円蓋部の上鼻側に円形で乳頭状の乳白色の腫瘍が数個あった。副腎皮質ステロイドとマイトマイシンC点眼が奏効せず，9週後に腫瘍を摘出した。病理組織学的に，肥厚した上皮が外方性に樹枝状ないし乳頭状に増殖していた。肥厚した上皮は実質側すなわち内方性にも発育し，内反乳頭腫の特徴を呈していた。以後19か月後の現在まで再発はない。結論：頻度は低いが，結膜腫瘍では内反乳頭腫の可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of inverted papilloma of the conjunctiva. Case：A 38-year-old male who complained of foreign body sensation while wearing soft contact lens since 2 months before. Findings：His right eye showed multiple milky-white pappillomatous tumors in the upper fornix. The tumor was excised after topical corticosteroid and mitomycin C proved futile. Histopathologically, thickened epithelium grew outwardsforming a dendrite or papillomatous pattern. Further, the epithelium grew towards the parenchyme manifesting characteristic features of inverted papilloma. There has been no recurrence for 19 months until present. Conclusion：Although the actual incidence is low, inverted papilloma may manifest as tumor of the conjunctiva.
