前立腺部尿道内反型乳頭腫

INVERTED PAPILLOMA OF THE PROSTATIC URETHRA

　尿路に発生する内反型乳頭腫はその多くが膀胱発生例で，尿道発生例は比較的稀である．我々は，前立腺部尿道に発生した内反型乳頭腫の1例を経験したので報告した．組織学的に悪性所見は見られなかったが，このような例での再発が数例報告されている．本症例は前立腺部尿道内反型乳頭腫の本邦報告例の12例めであった．

Inverted papilloma of the urinary tract commonly arises from the urinary bladder, rarely from the urethra. We reported a 62-year-old male with inverted papilloma of the prostatic urethra. Pathological examination revealed no evidence of any malignancy within the specimen. Some cases with recurrence of inverted papilloma of the urinary tract have been reported. In Japan, twelve cases of inverted papilloma of the prostatic urethra have been reported including this case.
