Abstract 文献概要

　尿路の内反性乳頭腫（inverted papilloma）は，比較的稀である。本邦ではこれまでに45例が報告されているが，最近われわれは5例を経験したので報告する。

Five cases of inverted papilloma of the bladder were reported. All the patients were adult male and complained of gross hematuria. A solid pedunculated mass arising from the trigone or its vicinity was found in all cases. Histological examination of the mass revealed the typical structured of inverted papilloma.

After resection of the mass no recurrence was noted during the follow-up period from 6 months to 6 years. Clinical features of the disease was briefly discussed.
