腎盂内反性乳頭腫

Inverted Papilloma of the Renal Pelvis:A Case Report

　患者は54歳，女性。肉眼的血尿を生じ前医を受診した。IVPにて右腎盂に陰影欠損を認めたため，精査目的に前医へ入院となった。入院後施行された右尿管鏡にて同部位に非乳頭状隆起病変を認め，生検の結果，TCC,G1,Taであった。手術目的に当科を紹介され，右腎尿管全摘除術を施行した。病理診断は内反性乳頭腫であった。

A 54-year-old woman with renal pelvic inverted papillomawas reported. IVP demonstrated a filling defect in the rightrenal pelvis which was proved a non-papillary lesion byureteroscopy and biopsy revealed TCC. She was transferredto our hospital for further treatment and right nephroure-terectomy was performed. Pathological finding was aninverted papilloma in the right renal pelvis.
