A 55-year-old male sought medical advice for myodesopsia and was diagnosed with bilateral papilledema in another institution. He had past history of thrombocytopenia and apnea syndrome during sleeping. When seen by us, his corrected visual acuity was 1.2 in either eye. Papilledema was present in both eyes. The left eye showed slight vitreous hemorrhage and enlarged blind spot. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed chronic subdural hematoma in the left hemisphere. Drainage of hematoma was followed by remarkable improvement of bilateral papilledema 2 months later.
