乳児にみられた虹彩血管腫の1例

Iris hemangioma in an infant

要約　生後1か月の女児の左眼虹彩が赤いことに母親が気づき，その1か月後に来院した。在胎40週の正常分娩で，出生時体重は2,900gであった。左眼下方の虹彩に2×4mmの淡赤色の腫瘤があり，表面が平滑で境界明瞭であった。全身に異常はなかった。超音波生体顕微鏡検査（UBM）で，虹彩根部にある充実性の腫瘤であった。1か月後に腫瘤は4×6mmに増大し，緑内障が続発したので，虹彩隅角毛様体切除術を施行した。組織病理診断は毛細血管腫であった。

Abstract.　A female infant was found to have a red-color iris in the left eye by her mother when it was one month old. The infant came to us another month later. It had been born after 40 months of gestation with the birthweight of 2,900g. Its left iris had a pink tumor 2×4mm in size in the lower sector. The tumor had smooth surface and sharp margin.The infant had no systemic or genetic abnormalities.Ultrasound biomicroscopy（UBM）showed the tumor to be a solid one extending to the iris root. The tumor was resected after it increased to 4×6mm in size associated with raised intraocular pressure one month later. It was diagnosed with capillary hemangioma by histopathological studies.
