マイトマイシンC併用非穿孔性線維柱帯切除術の中期予後

Midterm outcome of nonpenetrating trabeculectomy with adjunct mitomycin C

要約　マイトマイシンC併用非穿孔性線維柱帯切除術を行った20眼での中期結果を検討した。対象は原発開放隅角緑内障10眼，正常眼圧緑内障10眼であった。術後の観察期間は平均12か月であった。全20眼の術前の平均眼圧は19.0±5.6mmHgで，術後12か月の平均眼圧は11.6±3.0mmHgであり，有意な眼圧下降が得られた（p＜0.05）。合併症として周辺虹彩前癒着が12眼に認められ，レーザーによる隅角穿孔や隅角形成術が必要であった。

Abstract.　We evaluated the midterm outcome of nonpenetrating trabeculectomy with adjunct use of mitomycin C in 20 eyes.The series comprised 10 eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma and 10 eyes of normal-tension glaucoma. The intraocular pressure（IOP）averaged 19.0±5.6mmHg before surgery. It averaged 11.6±3.0 mmHg at 12 months after surgery. The difference was significant（p＜0.05）. Peripheral anterior synechia developed as a major complication in 12 eyes,requiring laser goniopuncture or laser trabeculectomy.
