頸動脈毬剔出術は今日気管枝喘息，カウザルギー，レーノー氏病，その他眼科，皮膚科の疾患にも広く應用されるに至り，本手術の治療効果を得る機轉は今ぞなお明らかではないが，術後に於ける身体反應は，自律神経系の失調状態を調整する方向に来す事が知られている．私はかかる意味での一治驗例を経驗せる故報告する．
