　胎生期に発生した脳室上衣下・脳室内出血（subependymal germinal matrix and intraventricular hem-orrhage；SEIVH）で脳室周囲白質軟化症（periventricular leukomalacia；PVL）を伴った1例を報告した。SEIVHは未熟児の出生に関連して発生することはよく知られているが，胎生期の発生についてはあまり知られていない。本例では妊娠経過中に異常はなかったが，胎生33週の超音波検査でSEIVHと水頭症があり，36週のMRIでPVIを伴っていることが判明した。本例のSEIVHの原因は不明ではあるが，PVLはSEIVHに関連して起こった脳循環障害の結果と考えられ，これらの病態の把握に胎児MRI，特にT2強調画像が有用であった。

Subependymal germinal matrix hemorrhage with in-traventricular hemorrhage (SEIVH) is a common com-plication associated with delivery in preterm neonates but has rarely been observed in the fetus. We report a fetus with SEIVH, hydrocephalus and periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) . Although this fetus had unevent-ful prenatal periods, transabdominal ultrasound exami-nation (US) at 33 weeks of pregnancy revealed SEIVH and hydrocephalus, and MRI at 36 weeks did associ-ated PVL. While no events reported that could explain the onset of SEIVH, PVL was considered to be the re-sults of anoxic events associated with SEIVH.
