フリードライヒ氏病失調を伴つたDyssynergia Cerebellaris Myoclonicaの1症例

A CASE OF DYSSYNERGIA CEREBELLARIS MYOCLONICA WITH FRIEDREICH'S ATAXIA

緒言

　本疾患は1914年Ramsey Hunt^1）によりDys-synergia Cerebellaris progressivaとして最初に記載されたものであり，Adiadokokinesia，Dyssynergia,Dysmetria,Dysarthria,Hypo-tonia,Asthenia等を主症状とした。その後1921年にRamsey Hunt^2）がmyoclonus又はFried-reich氏失調を伴った6例を報告し，小脳歯状核及び結合腕の萎縮に基いた系統疾患と考え，これをDyssynergia Cerebellaris myoclonicaとして提唱したものである。本疾患は稀なものであり，その病因論についてはなお議論のあるところであるが，本邦ではすでに三浦氏ら^3）によつて，1例の報告がなされている。著者らもその1例を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を加えてみたいと思う。

　症例　23歳，女子，未婚。

23 years old, female patient was deseased when she was 11 years old with Friedreichlike ataxia intentions tremor, dyssynergia and dysmetria.

At her age of years,she developed even-tually such symptoms as myoclonia. The features of the case coincide with that of Dyssynergia Cerebellaris myoclonica with associated discribed by R. Hunt in the year of 1921.
