フリードライヒ様失調を伴つたDyssynergia Cerebellaris Myoclonicaの1例

A CASE OF DYSSYNERGIA CEREBELLARIS MYOCLONICA WITH ASSOCIATED FRIEDREICH'S ATAXIA

緒言

　1921年Ramsey HuntによつてDyssynergia　Cerebellaris Myoclonicaと名附けられた疾患像によく一致した1例をわれわれは経験した。R．Huntの発表以来外国にてはその経験例が散見せられるも極めて稀れとされ，本邦文献上ではわれわれの調べた範囲ではいまだ見当らなかつた。本疾患を一疾患単位として認めるか否かについては今なお論議のあるところであるが，われわれの経験した1例を報告する。

34 years old, male patient was deseased when he was 14 years old with a fit of epi-leptoid seizure. At his age of 28 years, he developed eventually such symptoms as myo-clonia, intentionstremor, articulations distur-bances, dyssynergia, dysmetria, adiadochoki-nesis, muscular hypotonia and Friedreichlike ataxia. The features of the case coincide with that of Dyssynergia Cerebellaris Myoc-10nica with associated Friedreich' s Ataxia which firstly was discribed by R.Hunt in the year of 1921. The case was reported as of the interest, since the said desease never has been reported in our domestic literatures so far, to the best of the author's knowledge.
