四エチール鉛中毒に關する知見

Report of the Clinical Investigation on 4 Ethyl-Lead-Poisoning

緒言

　從來鉛中毒に關しては幾多の研究，症例報告が成されて居るが，其の間にあつて只四エチール鉛の中毒に關する報告は甚だ寥々たるものである。私は昭和24年5月より8月の間に大阪某自動車修理工場に於て，發生した四エチール鉛中毒症例に遭遇し，幸い臨床的觀察を行う機會を得たので，其の知見に就て報告する。

　〔症例〕患者は堺腦病院に入院した4名であつて，發病前は自動車修理工場に於て主としてエンヂン分解，修理，組立等に從事中，偶々四エチール鉛の混合された洗機油を比較的長期に亘り，無防禦にて使用した爲に，中毒症状を發現したものである。

It took charge (May~September, 1949) of a few patients of 4 Ethyl-Lead-poisoning from a motorcar repairing-schop in Osaka.

Discription of the Examination and the Treatment.

1.The incipient symptoms recognized after the incubation period (1~3 months); weight, lost; general tiresomeness; headache;nightma-re; disturbance of memory; ataxic gait; change of personality.

2.Physical and nervous symptoms;flesch, lost; anemia; salivation; voice, hoarse; speech stammering and trembling; convulsion; ataxia ; sensation, abnormal; temperature, fallen; pulse, slow; low blood-pressure.

3.Mental condition:

The disturbance of consciousness has brou-ght about illusion, hallucination, the decline of the function to point directions and of me-morizing power:

4.Treatment: Prescription-: glucose, vitamin, Ringer's solution, heart remedies, narcotic. Three of them were cured and one died.
