実験的慢性容積負荷の左室機能におよぼす影響

Left ventricular function in experimental chronic volume overloading

　病的状態にある心臓の機能の量的な評価を目的として，多くの研究者により種々の指標が報告されている。しかし，いずれの指標が病的心の機能を的確に示すかについては，未だ議論の残るところである。その一因として，臨床例では原因疾患，病悩期間および年齢等の雑多な因子が介在するため，報告者間における比較検討が必ずしも容易でない点があげられる。

　実験的にほぼ一定条件下に作成した左室容積負荷犬を用いて，左室機能を最長6ヵ月にわたって測定し，種々の指標について比較すると共に経時的変化についても検討を加えた。特に最近注目されている2点，すなわち，慢性容積負荷は心筋収縮力を低下させるか否か，および拡張期受動的弾性特性の評価にはいかなる指標が適するかについての解明を試みた。

Comparisons among sensitivities of various parameters for assessing left ventricular functions were investigated in 14 mongrel dogs.

After the cardiac catheterization and left cineventriculographic studies were performed to obtain control data, a infrarenal aortocaval shunt was made and the same studies were again performed after recovery.

LVP, dP/dt and ECG were simultaneously recorded, and a left cineventriculogram was taken in the RAO projection. Left ventricular volume was determined by means of the arealength method.
