任意に選択された心位相に基づくX線撮影に関する研究

Study on radiography based on the arbitrarily selected cardiac phases

　Serial angiocardiographyやcineangiocardiographyが診断および心機能の解析などに繁用されているが，前者は後者に比し，秒間の撮影枚数も少く，心動態の流れを追求する場合心周期内の正確な位相の把握が必須と思われる。緻密なcardiac performanceを連続的に評価するには後者が特に有用であるが，最近提示されているように，収縮，拡張両終期のみからの情報でもその分析にかなり耐えられそうである。このような観点から，連続撮影時の心位相に基づくX線曝射の必然性に着目し，従来，Bergk,Chantraineら^1）以来多くの報告^2〜5）にみられるR波同期の一位相撮影を改良し，多少の臨床応用をも試みたので報告する。

Attempt was made to expose X-ray synchronizing with the two arbitrary cardiac phases in a cardiac cycle. For this purpose, first of all, R wave in ECG was converted to saw tooth wave (STW) through bandpass filter, derivative circuit and circuit generating STW. Then, STW was utilized as input signal in circuit selecting cardiac phases.

This electrical circuit mainly consisted of variable resistance and diode. Electric matchingbetween STW and standard voltage was easily obtained by handling with variable resistance.
